Services
We aim at transforming global healthcare ecosystems to prompt faster,
affordable and sustainable access to pharmaceutical products, vaccines,
medical devices and diagnostic tests by focusing on the following lines
of work:
-
We provide technical assistance to advance the use of health
technology assessment (HTA) by helping design the institutional
arrangements and formulate public policies to advance more
systematic priority setting, by providing training and capacity
building to HTA user, ‘doers’ and civil society organizations, and
by providing economic analyses and models to inform health
technologies related decision-making.
-
We believe that managed entry agreements (MEAs), pricing, pooled
purchasing, market access and affordability strategies are key to
advance more affordable and equitable access to innovation, thus we
provide technical assistance in these areas of work.
-
We help design approaches to collect, curate, collate and analyze
real-world data and evidence (RWD/E). We also provide landscape
analyses of potential players and opportunities to seek innovative
financing as a means to expedite access to health technologies and
health care.
-
We believe that connecting people from the academia, public and
private sectors to ideas and solutions is key for healthcare problem
solving, thus we also develop strategies for healthcare diplomacy
and advocacy, public sector engagement and public relations.
-
We are convinced that we have the responsibility to contribute to a
better world by strengthening the capacities of future leaders for
healthcare globally, that is way we have dedicated mentorship
programs in health policy and diplomacy for mid- career
professionals from different parts of the globe.
-
We also host and organize high-level conferences and events in our
dedicated areas of work to advance these topics into public, policy
and mass media agendas.
